Religious Education
Religious Education
At Hollywood School, we encourage children to understand the importance of diversity. Our Religious Education lessons help children to know and understand the beliefs, values and traditions of different religions. By teaching children about similarities and differences between religions, it allows them to show respect and appreciation for beliefs that may differ from their own. In our school we understand the importance of teaching Religious Education with care and consideration to allow children to develop their own ideas about belief. We encourage curiosity and thoughtful discussion about important questions of meaning, belonging and purpose. Our lessons allow children to understand other people in their community and to also feel understood by others.
