We maintain an open door policy at Hollywood. 

• A member of staff is available on each gate in the morning. 

• A member of staff is available for quick messages as your child arrives at school.

• For any urgent matters, please contact the school office on 0121 675 7711.

Emails are rarely picked up during teaching time, therefore we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours but those received after 5:30pm will not be seen until the following day. 

We do not use Class Dojo as a messaging forum. 

Our weekly newsletters are emailed directly to parents, as well as being on our website here. 

Our social media accounts are updated regularly to share information and celebrate our children's achievements.
