We maintain an open door policy at Hollywood. 

• A member of staff is available on each gate in the morning. 

• A member of staff is available for quick messages as your child arrives at school.

• For any urgent matters, please contact the school office on 0121 675 7711 or email enquiry@hollywoodschool.co.uk

• Each year group has its own email address, this can be accessed by all members of that year group's teaching team

Emails are rarely picked up during teaching time, therefore we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours but those received after 5:30pm will not be seen until the following day. 

We do not use Class Dojo as a messaging forum. 

Our two-weekly newsletters are emailed directly to parents, as well as being on our website here.
