New Starters
Our School Day
Children can come into school from 8.45am and our learning time begins at 8.50am.
Reception finish school at 3.20pm, with KS1 and KS2 finishing at 3.25pm.
Accessing School
Children can access the school site at the beginning of the day through the gates on Pickenham Road or Ashdale Drive.
In the morning, gates are opened at 8:35am and locked at 8:50am. If children arrive after this time, they will need to be signed in at the front office.
In the afternoon, gates are opened at 3:05pm.
There is no on-site parking for parents (Blue Badge excepted), but limited parking is available at Immanuel Church.
Reception Class
Places are offered for Reception class by the Local Authority. Children in Birmingham can start school (Reception) in the September after their 4th birthday. Parents can apply for a place in the autumn of the year before their child turns four-years-old.
Open Days at our school are arranged each October/November to enable prospective Reception children and their parents to visit the school.

In Year School Admissions
If you would like your child to join Hollywood Primary School from another school, you must provide a completed In Year School Admission Form, proof of date of birth and proof of address.
Please be aware, your child may not gain automatic entry into the school as we do have waiting lists.
